When A Task That You Thought Was Easy Turned Out to be Difficult, What Did You Do? ( Personal Recount)

As you all are familiar with that there are too many tasks like cooking, swimming, art work, teaching, checking, invigilating, trekking, climbing mountains, driving, singing, dancing, and etc. Basically what is a task? It is a piece of work to be done or undertaken. Before doing anything we think that this task is accessible, but when it comes to us we found it difficult.

Similarly, here I am talking about cooking. Before that, when I don't know cooking I thought that it is as easy as pie, but during lockdown when I started cooking I thought that this is not my cup of tea. I started from cutting vegetables because it is the base for making any dish. At first I made very simple dish which is Potato Curry. In this we have to take medium size Onion and two medium Tomatoes and three medium or two large Potatoes. We have to cut Potatoes in triangular shape or whatever shape we like. Then we have to cut two Green Chillies. These were the ingredients. Now the recipe is, we have to put four table-spoon of Oil in cooking pan and then we have to put chopped Onion in cooking pan and fry it till the Onion gets Brown. After that we have to put chopped Tomatoes and chopped Green Chilli in it and one tea-spoon red chilli powder and half tea-spoon of salt and half tea-spoon of White Cumin and two Cloves and four-five whole Black Pepper. Then mix it well and at the end put chopped Potatoes in it. And after the gap of five minutes mix it and make it in a low flame and after 10-15 minutes your curry is ready.

    
                                                                                   

From this experience I got to know that the other person's work seems easy to us, but when you yourself do, you understand that this task is difficult.
