As you all are familiar with that there are too many tasks like cooking, swimming, art work, teaching, checking, invigilating, trekking, climbing mountains, driving, singing, dancing, and etc. Basically what is a task? It is a piece of work to be done or undertaken. Before doing anything we think that this task is accessible, but when it comes to us we found it difficult. Similarly, here I am talking about cooking. Before that, when I don't know cooking I thought that it is as easy as pie, but during lockdown when I started cooking I thought that this is not my cup of tea. I started from cutting vegetables because it is the base for making any dish. At first I made very simple dish which is Potato Curry. In this we have to take medium size Onion and two medium Tomatoes and three medium or two large Potatoes. We have to cut Potatoes in triangular shape or whatever shape we like.
