How pets are kept in western countries?

In  Western  countries  pets  are  kept  as  their  family  member.They  love  their  pets  more  than  they  love  their  child.Mostly  dogs  are  kept  as  as  pets  in  western  countries,  because  when  their  family  or  any  member  is  in  difficulty  or  in  any  danger  they  protect  them.Dogs  are  very  loyal  about  their  owners.When  their  dogs  got  disease  so  they  treat  them  with  best  doctors.They  gave  food  to  eat  and  clothes  to  wear  to  their  pets.Majority  of  them  took  their  pets  to  shopping  malls  and  gardens.
          Few  people  think  that  this  is  just  waste  of  time  and  money  because  they  thought  that  pets  are  very  dirty  and  dangerous.

You want me to lead the group but I don't think I have the right qualities (Story Writing)

 Back in 2018, when I was in grade 7, one of our teacher divided us in groups to write a suspense story. There were three groups in total, each group consists of six members. My group members said that you have to lead the group but I don't think that I have the right qualities. But our teacher motivate me and said that you have the guts to lead a group. Then first of all I asked each and every member of our group about the points which we have to include in our story. But I was a bit nervous because it was the first time that I was leading a group. Then we begin writing a story, then suddenly our teacher said "Whoever will write a good suspense story will be awarded with gold medal"! Then we got even more excited to write a story. We wrote a story with great efficiency and courage. In about 2-3 hours our story was completed. We showed it to our teacher and she liked it, and the gold medal was awarded to our group.
